Production data acquisition (PDA)
Record everything: important key figures at a glance.
The HEUFT CyBridge.profiler records all the operating data of the machines and devices in filling and packaging lines. It calculates important key figures in accordance with the OMAC guidelines and the Weihenstephan standards, which HEUFT helped to develop. All the operating conditions and statistics determined are clearly displayed to the user on a browser-based web interface – either in tabular form or as a diagram, depending on the requirements.
Comprehensive line analysis
Find sources of interference: simply more line efficiency.
The HEUFT CyBridge.profiler also takes over the comprehensive performance analysis of the entire line in order to determine and maintain the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Additional features such as a logic and buffer analysis, consumption counter and HACCP limit monitoring make the server-based solution an effective tool which directly reveals weak points and thus contributes to a lasting increase in the production quality, overall efficiency and productivity of entire plants.
Effective quality management
Secure production quality: filling without any faults.
The HEUFT CyBridge.profiler automatically logs the results of self-test programmes for regularly checking the detection performance of our inspection systems. In addition, the new module for monitoring the respective recipes and brans used as well as the HACCP limit value monitoring at critical control points contribute to effective quality management in the filling and packaging process and ensuring the entire production capacity.
Professional reporting

The HEUFT CyBridge.profiler generates professional reports from operating data and key figures which are individually tailored to the specific requirements and evaluation tasks of the respective bottler and can even be adapted to their individual corporate design. The detailed PDF reports can be printed, sent electronically and archived long-term at any time. This ensures that basic documentation requirements are met in the long term.
Line visualisation
Get an overview: real-time status view.
The HEUFT CyBridge.profiler provides real-time visualisation of the complete filling and packaging line with constantly updated status and event displays so that you always have the complete overview. This makes it immediately apparent when something is stuck somewhere. The optionally available large display of the process designer keeps employees up to date within the line about key figures and the current performance of the machines and devices so that possible problems and faults can be detected at an early stage.
